5 stars for The Changeling
by Madeline Archer/Rose Anderson

"I loved this book. The story reads like the tip of an iceberg, hinting at a much deeper history behind the characters, the fae world, and their secret interactions with the lives of humans. The author clearly has researched the time period, locations, and mythology that support the story. The descriptions of glamoury raise a clear picture in your head - I could easily see the story played out in my mind as if it was a film. One of my favorite parts is the way animals speak to the fae. This is another wonderful, imaginative story from the mind of Rose Anderson, now writing as Madeline Archer. Highly recommended for a sweet, happy, and engaging read!"

5 Stars for Into The Unknown by Lorna Peel

"Into The Unknown is a poignant story of a star crossed couple in England during the Second World War. The story instantly draws the reader in from the first page and keeps one mesmerized until the last page is turned. One sees how the war changes teenagers into mature young men and women when their country needs them. One can almost breathe in the dust and smoke when a target is hit. This novel is heart rending when families are destroyed by the ravages of the war and families are separated and have no way to contact one another. This story is an accurate depiction of what it would have been like to live in England during WWII. It tells the history and yet tells a love story as it could have happened during those tragic times."

Rose, thanks for this great opportunity!

I received a 5-star review for "TAKE MY HEART", a historical romance.

Marie Higgins's story is a stunning colonial romance. With well developed characters and heartwarming scenes, this book will steal the hearts of romance lovers and historical fiction fans. Higgins does an amazing job portraying the tension between colonial Americans and the loyalist colonials, all under the backdrop of a beautiful love story. I enjoyed the transformation of the heroine, Mercedes, from a loyal English miss to the brave colonial American. The hero, Mercedes's sister's husband, is a charming, dashing hero with a heart of gold. But Higgins's magic doesn't stop there. William's two children steal each scene they appear in. There are numerous twists and Higgins keeps you guessing at every turn as to who the real villain is. This book is a "must-read" for anyone who loves romance, history, or just a good story. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!

How to explore the Alaskan wilderness
By Mary E.on October 30, 2015

I was very impressed with Devon McKay's book set in Alaska. Not only was it a wonderful romantic story, but it allows the reader to see Alaska as it really is, an untamed wilderness full of beauty and majesty created by God. I thoroughly enjoyed how Blake and Sam's relationship progressed. I really liked how Sam even won Denali over with her honest reaction to Alaska's uniqueness. I highly recommend this book. I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Honestly, it is a wonderful book.

Hi, Rose, and thank you for letting me post here today.

5 Stars for Temporarily Employed by Vicki Batman

Find Temporarily Employed at: http://www.amazon.com/Temporarily-Employed-Vicki-Batman-ebook/dp/B00N4J5FDQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1409519765&sr=1-1&keywords=temporarily+employed

Vicki Batman has a wicked sense of humor, but beneath the fun she hits strong chords about love and relationships. The story is more than a collection of the usual Romantic-Comedy, bunching-panty-hose and running mascara lines. It becomes a deep down, gut wrenching question of self-awareness and the trust required to make love work.

My favorite lines: “Nice day?” I gritted my teeth. “I’d kill for a really nice day.”

Lovely 5 Star review for THE DREAM CATCHER!
I love Marie Laval's atmospheric writing - especially in her historical novels - and this latest release didn't disappoint at all! From the very first sentence I was hooked. The heroine, Rose, is travelling from north Africa and has arrived at Cape Wrath in stormy seas - a forbidding location off the coast of Scotland, with an even more forbidding hero in the form of the Scots Lord McGunn, who proceeds to hold her hostage.
This is an arresting and original story, full of suspense, well-researched, with great descriptions of the Scottish setting and a wonderfully likeable heroine. This is the first book in the Dancing with the Devil trilogy and it ends on a cliff-hanger. I can't wait to read the next book (Blue Bonnets) to find out what happens next to Rose and her brooding Lord "McGlum"!

Glowing review for HONG KONG TREASURE - D. DOMINIK WICKLES on Goodreads from Nicole Galloway Miller
There are some things you can't teach a writer and one of those is the "storytelling gift," which I define as the ability to draw readers in and provide them with an experience so realistic and true that it can be mistaken for a memory. In other words, some writers come to the craft and others are born into that craft. You can teach grammar, structure and other elements of fiction-writing, but you can't teach the "gift" - the innate ability to tell a great story. D. Dominik Wickles was born to be a writer and her love of fiction and writing shines through on every page. She has that storytelling gift. In Hong Kong Treasure, Dominik Wickles puts a fresh spin on the amnesiac love story, and pairs it with an excellent female villain and a whole lot of mystery. Her characters are fresh and the settings are exotic. This is a first-rate novel that will sweep you off your feet and take you on an adventure.I can't wait to see what's next!

"Must-read romances of 2015" from USA TODAY/Happy Ever After for The Lawman's Christmas Proposal (short contemporary romance)

Andi and Mitch are both close-mouthed about their pasts, and it’s funny as well as sad, how they try to interrogate each other without letting on how much they care. Mitch is remarkably insightful, and persistent, but Andi stands firm — she will not get involved with another cop. Of course she already is, and she and Mitch fool themselves by thinking they can pull off a fake engagement without getting hurt. They finally become intimate, and the scene, though mostly off-page, is gorgeous and touching, and reveals a painful truth.

There are plenty of lighthearted moments, too, and the bustling preparations for the holiday will make you feel a true part of the family traditions. Daille is a dab hand at creating authentic, heartrending conflict between her main characters, conflict you know has to be resolved but can’t imagine how. She deftly offsets tension and drama with the antics of an interfering family, and builds to a happy ever after that resonates with healing and hope.

Say “I do” to The Lawman’s Christmas Proposal — you’ll be so very glad you did.

Thanks for the opportunity!

A Snowy White Christmas, a contemporary "sweet" romance novella received this 5 star review:

This charming novella, out just in time for the holidays, begins with a challenging if realistic situation.

Margaret Snow returns with her five-year-old daughter to her hometown. As an ambitious single mom, she’s spent the period since she fled upstate New York, pregnant and poor, struggling for success in modeling and show biz in L.A. With some triumphs, but not enough, she’s handling a temporary assignment setting up Santa’s appearance in a shopping center.

She doesn’t expect that old flame Fernando Brandt, now a successful realtor, will reappear in her life. Struggling to suppress her natural, strong, romantic attraction to him, as well as hide some important conditions in her life, she backs herself into a corner. In the meantime Fernando also isn’t quite forthcoming about his own status. Fortunately all is resolved happily by Christmas Eve.

Author Josie Riviera taps the wintery conditions in a small town to spotlight the growing warm emotions and the personal development of the romantic duo during this family-oriented time of the year. I particularly enjoyed the exploration of less-than-physically-perfect characters and animals because they show how love can be extended to all living things.

In this book, the magic of Christmas occurs with the honesty and courage of the main characters, a good reminder that we can hold our fate in our own hands.

5 Stars for My Mr. Manny by Jennifer Garcia

This is a story about how Mia regroups after she divorces her cheating husband, and has to raise their daughter, Lucia, on her own. Between house chores, taking care of Lucia, and working full-time, it's quite a struggle. Because she has no family nearby to help out, she hires a "manny" or a male nanny, Dominic, who had previously been in a high-paying, high stress job. I laughed when Mia first meets the extremely handsome and charming Dominic because I'm sure most women can relate to that moment of staring at a great looking guy and being spellbound and speechless. Mia's self-deprecating humor is engaging and makes her a realistic character. There are a few moments of suspense, for instance when Alex (Mia's ex-husband) suddenly shows an interest in Lucia - and when Mia thinks that Dominic may be too controlling. Let's face it - after a bad marriage, Mia is gun shy, but holds on to the hope that her relationship with Dominic will lead to marriage because it's almost love at first sight for her. This book will stay with you after you finish and the author ties it up beautifully.

A Long Trail Rolling
by
Lizzi Tremayne

Apart from having a tender romance at its core, it is full of intriguing and fascinating facts woven in with the fiction. Lizzi Tremayne obviously knows what she is talking about, her extensive research and knowledge make this almost like reading an exciting documentary – except that the characters are so well drawn the reader can’t help but relate to them and suffer with them on their journey, especially Alex herself. I love the way the horses are also characters in their own right. As a horse lover myself I was pleased that Aleks really cared about the horses she rode, and the description of each horse makes them come to life – especially Scout the black ‘Appy’. I used to know a black Appaloosa stallion, and Scout could have been modeled on him. As might be expected from an author who has the equestrian and veterinary experience and qualifications Liz has, the details about the horses, their tack and treatment of wounds etc., were convincingly written with an air of authenticity that made the story totally believable. This book is full of surprises and even the villain is not quite what he seems. The story kept me guessing all the way.

Thanks for Reading!

An adventure of epic proportions, this was a fantastic read! The characters are strong, rich and vivid. The scenes are so detailed you can see and hear them. The author has a way with words that will draw you in and keep you enthralled. The romance is hot, Sexy, full of fiestyness, and a hard journey to happiness, and it is worth every step. This is definitely a book that if you're looking for heart racing adventure and steam inducing romance, you will not want to miss this one. I highly recommend it!

I could probably fill Amazon’s entire website with words about how much I love this novel, but I’ll be brief. The story is sweet, it’s humorous, it’s sexy, it’s everything a reader expects from a great book.
