Mariah's Marriage which will also be available from large print house, Ulverscroft in their Linford romance Series from 1st February, features an arrogant Earl and the woman who brings him to his knees. An amazon reviewer said:
"I loved the cut and thrust of the dialogue between the leading characters in this romance, which brings to mind the duelling which we learn is going out of fashion in Regency London. It's an original plot too; a heroine with a vocation, a hero doing most of the pursuing,a wonderfully colourful villain and a scary climax. The writing is stylish and full of period detail. I hope Anne Stenhouse has more novels in the pipeline."

This is for The Highland Lass which is set in Scotland in the present and past. It was an Amazon UK Number #1 bestseller last week!
"A touching story of love; explored in its many forms, as Eilidh re-connects with her childhood friends and estranged family during her search for answers in her mother country.
The interconnected themes of love and loss across generations added depth to Eilidh’s contemporary story and her deepening affection for the charming Lewis Grant. The snippets of Burns’ poetry and the fictionalised account of his lesser known romance with Highland Mary set this book apart from your average romance and added poignancy to the plot.
The beauty of Scotland is evoked wonderfully throughout Eilidh’s exploration into her past and is a perfect backdrop for many ‘ae fond kiss’.

From a reader in Germany on Phantom Traces by Claire Gem:
"Wow, what a wonderful book! It is a perfect mix of romance and ghost story in the beautiful setting of an old library.
The tension between Abbey and Jack was perceptible from the moment they first met . . . the first awkward encounters until both realize and succumb to their mutual affection for each other. The misunderstandings that leads to their breakup, leaving both of them miserable. The ultimate happy end when love overcomes all obstacles and brings them together again. While this may sound corny and boring, it was anything but, not least by the added ghost mystery.
The past and present love stories complemented one another perfectly, weaving both plot lines into an intricate tale of love, loss and reunion.
The characters were well-drawn, very vivid and each one unique in their own way, creating a kaleidoscope of odd and endearing personalities. Add to that the library itself, which can be considered a main character as well. Following Abbey's tireless struggle to revive the musty old building against all odds was a pleasure by itself.
An outstanding romance/mystery novel in every sense - highly recommended."

The Sheriff's Son - by Barbara White Daille
4.5 blue ribbons from Romance Junkies
It’s been eight years since Sarah last saw Tanner. They’d been childhood friends, teenage sweethearts, and on graduation night, they’d shared one night as lovers. He left town soon afterwards - leaving Sarah heartbroken and unknowingly pregnant with his son. Tanner’s returned to Dillon, Texas as the deputy sheriff and is completely clueless that he’s the father of Sarah’s unruly son.
...Barbara White Daille makes her literary debut with THE SHERIFF’S SON. This charming tale will have readers smiling their way through each of Tanner and Sarah’s confrontations over Kevin and will fall in love with their son, Kevin. I had to laugh about the interfering townspeople. If you’ve ever lived in a small town, you know there’s no keeping a secret. Everybody knows everyone else’s business. Ms. Daille adds a touch of suspense that is delightful and kept me reading until I found out why Kevin was getting into so much trouble and how Tanner is going to handle that situation. This is a fun family-oriented story that I truly enjoyed.

I wrote my Destiny Series to give readers a taste of my writing and leave them wanting more. Five short stories that capture the essence of my genre and style: ethereal, supernatural, romantic, paranormal, heartwarming, all rolled into one book, sprinkled with a touch of magic.
This review tells me I nailed it:
Casi McLean does it again. While she wrote “Beneath the Lake” last, I read it first...and I couldn’t put it down. So I read her Destiny Series. Destiny will wow you! Every short story I read, I wanted more. Then I’d get into the next story and want more again. Every story in this series will enthrall you. When I finished, I…that’s right…wanted more. There are five wonderful novelettes here.
I would love to see Casi write more of these tales. They’re heartwarming, ethereal, paranormal and romantic all rolled into a series that’s well-written, entertaining and charming. I don’t have enough good things to say about this series. All I can say is, if you haven’t read this yet, you should. There’s one story, “The Gift” that is appropriately named. Casi’s words themselves are gifts to readers of all genres.
Casi McLean is on my watch list. Whatever she publishes, I’ll read. She is definitely and up-and-coming tale weaver.

This is for Stranger at My Door by Mari Manning:
I loved this book. It is a fast paced romantic suspense that kept me guessing until the end. I loved the way the author developed the characters and wove a complex tale that was unpredictable. Dinah has been knocked down by life and arrives back at her childhood home penniless and friendless. Before she's even gotten settled, she finds herself in trouble with a local cop who tells her she could be fined thousands of dollars for breaking the law.....money that she doesn't have. When a pregnant urchin steals what little she has, Dinah's life becomes much more dangerous. This also makes her spend more time with the same local cop that harassed her and sparks soon fly.
This is the first book I've read by this author, but it won't be the last. This is a must read for romantic suspense fans.

For Dead Reckoning by Stanalei Fletcher
"I really enjoyed this one. First time reading a book by this author and I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of this story. "Girl falls for her bodyguard" plot is fairly common, there's so much more found within these pages. Although it is the 2nd of the series, what's unique about this story is I didn't feel like there were any gaps due to me not having read the 1st book in the series yet."

Review for Untouchable Lover by Rosalie Redd
An adventure of epic proportions, this was a fantastic read! The characters are strong, rich and vivid. The scenes are so detailed you can see and hear them. The author has a way with words that will draw you in and keep you enthralled. Adventure, romance, monsters, shifters, gods and goddesses, jilted lovers, forgiveness, love and friendship......and so much more is swept up into this story. The romance is hot, Sexy, full of fiestyness, and a hard journey to happiness, and it is worth every step. This is definitely a book that if you're looking for heart racing adventure and steam inducing romance, you will not want to miss this one. I highly recommend it!

Review for Steal It All, by Chuck Bowie
Had a chance to read this book before it came up for sale.
Three Wrongs, AMACAT, Steal It All-
3 books by Chuck Bowie-main character Sean Donovan-thief for hire
I have read all 3 of these books and have enjoyed them all, each one better than the last.
Reading the latest, 'Steal it All' and it comes to mind that Chuck's writing is up there with the suspense writers I read every day, Lee Child, Allison Brennan, Laura Griffin, James Patterson.
The descriptive writing allows me to be in the room/town and believe that I am there, and can see in my mind exactly how it looks and feels.
It is easy to see that Chuck knows the places he describes, the language and idioms, the food, the music. The fighting scenes are exciting, the characters memorable.
He makes me want to read the next page/chapter to see what going on. He weaves the plot around the characters and the characters around the plot. Where will the next setting be.
I look forward with anticipation to see what trouble Mr. Donovan can get himself into next.
Bravo!

Review for Death of an Idiot Boss by Janice Croom
What a great book! Kept me guessing to the very end! Ms. Croom has an easy style of downhome writing. Love the parts where Kadance talks to her Momma & Daddy. She's a bright woman who is trying to make it in the corporate world. Her struggles are real. Ms. Croom is a wonderful writer with a sense of humor!

Review of Her First Knight by Livia Quinn
I have to say this is one of the best written stories Ive read in a while. I loved the way this was written and the story it tells. …not one of those books that have you skipping paragraphs (sometimes pages) to find stuff relevant to the story. The author does a very good job of letting you get to know the characters in a way that feels natural and flows all in good time. I love that she adds the romance industries struggles into her story, and it is also done in such a way you don't even realize.
Ridge accidentally ends up taking it all off, for a good cause of course. And gets sucked up into a whirlwind. A whirlwind that could cost him everything he’s worked so hard for.
Buffy (Lana) sees the cover model and her creative side screams he’s the one!! The one that could very well be THE model to be the face of her company. Until its discovered he’s not really who they all thought he was and he vanishes. Now what will she do? …
I can NOT give this book enough praise. I cannot wait to read more from this author!

From SFR author Pippa Jay, on My Name Is A'yen:
Prepare to have your heart broken repeatedly before it gets patched back together!
What I liked
I adore tortured heroes, and A'yen is probably the most tortured soul I've ever encountered. Just when you feel thing can't get any worse and you see a glimmer of hope, Rachel Leigh Smith has A'yen's plight tear out your heart again. Beautifully descriptive writing and a real emotional rollercoaster. Good romantic tension, and plenty of action, mystery and intrigue. The word building was multi-layered and interesting.

A Long Trail Rolling

A Long Trail Rolling
by
Lizzi Tremayne
Apart from having a tender romance at its core, it is full of intriguing and fascinating facts woven in with the fiction. Lizzi Tremayne obviously knows what she is talking about, her extensive research and knowledge make this almost like reading an exciting documentary – except that the characters are so well drawn the reader can’t help but relate to them and suffer with them on their journey, especially Alex herself. I love the way the horses are also characters in their own right. As a horse lover myself I was pleased that Aleks really cared about the horses she rode, and the description of each horse makes them come to life – especially Scout the black ‘Appy’. I used to know a black Appaloosa stallion, and Scout could have been modeled on him. As might be expected from an author who has the equestrian and veterinary experience and qualifications Liz has, the details about the horses, their tack and treatment of wounds etc., were convincingly written with an air of authenticity that made the story totally believable. This book is full of surprises and even the villain is not quite what he seems. The story kept me guessing all the way.

These are some of the highlights from a fairly recent review for one of my older books, Forbidden Waters.
This isn't my first time reading this author, most certainly will not be my last! Forbidden Waters had so much to hold my attention - mythology suspense, Atlantis(!), a love triangle, twists and turns, humor, magic and of course mermen! It was great!
You know what it reminded me of? Early Sherrilyn Kenyon...
And while this story does have sex and hot moments, the world building, is key to moving the plot along.
Loved this book. Wished I read this earlier but so happy I came upon this now. Because I'm all over this mermen/mythology tale!
The full review - with some great mermen pics & gifs is here: http://boymeetsboyreviews.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/review-forbidden-waters-mermen-magic-1.html?zx=8f100bd6cbe56428

INNOCENT TEARS
This heartwarming story revolves around Nadine, a six-year-old girl who has lost her mother. Her grandparents have been taking care of her, but they no longer want the responsibility; they want to give her back to her biological father, Flynn, who has never met her.
Emma, our heroine, works at a hotel and offers to babysit for Nadine to help the grandparents out. She meets Flynn and dislikes him immediately because of his ambivalence regarding his newfound fatherhood. Besides, Emma is involved with Jack. But Jack isn't exactly perfect. Who will Emma choose?
Iris Blobel does a marvelous job of making these characters come to life. When you get to the last chapter, you slow down your reading so as not to say goodbye to these colorful folks. As always, she keeps you guessing about the romantic plot line until the last moment.

THE GUARDIAN’S WITCH — A Night Owl Reviews Top Pick
As a fan of historical romances, this book has got it all. With the added spice of the paranormal that has been added, the book got even better. Having read a book of this nature by this author previously, I can honestly say that it was a joy to read. The story was a beautiful tale of love and betrayal, and the enduring faith of the human heart. The characters are delightful and charming, and quite easily drew me in. I found this novel to be thoroughly enjoyable and totally delightful.

The Wolf Queen--5 stars from LASR
Alara has a kind heart and a strong will but she’s also a strong fighter. She knows herself. And she knows when to retreat and when to fight.
With every day she spent with Lycaon she learns more and more about him and about the secrets long hidden. This was a surprising book. Honestly I wasn’t sure I’d like it this much, let alone finish it in one sitting.
Though this is the second book in the series and even though I haven’t read the first book in the series, I can safely say that it can be read as a stand alone. The plot was very good. Detailed. But not so much so as to be too much. It was descriptive and deep.
The characters, good and bad, were well developed. I could almost see them in my mind’s eye every time.
Alara and Lycaon had passion and a lot of it. Their relationship was not easy but their love was strong. I know it’s a little corny saying that but it’s the only way I could describe it without revealing too much.
A read any paranormal reader could love and one I highly recommend.
