Stellar Reviews #Reviews

We all know great reviews validate the story crafting we do. Single sentence reviews can say a lot, but sometimes we'd like to share more. That's exactly what this Tuesday meme is all about. In comments, share up to 200 words from a terrific review. It doesn't matter how much time has passed. All reviews are new to someone.

For "A Taming Season", A Love at Lake George Novel:

"I couldn't put this book down. I loved the character development, I loved the setting, I loved the background story that brought the major character to this point in her life. Very interesting story and hot sexual content."

This is from the latest review of my YA romance

“The story line flowed smoothly and developed beautifully and the characters were all strong and unique in their own ways. I loved the dynamic between Stacey and Michael and you could feel the raw emotions between the two of them. This is definitely a must read! “

This review is for my latest release, a sweet contemporary that debuted last month. Thanks for reading!

“A heartwarming tale, COWBOY IN CHARGE, the fourth book in award winning author Barbara White Daille’s THE HITCHING POST HOTEL series, is an emotion-packed, sexy contemporary romance with a down home warmth that leaves the reader feeling good. The love between Jason and Layne nearly leaps from the pages as the story progresses and circumstances force them into each other’s nearly constant company.

“I hated arriving at the last page and being forced to once more leave Ms. Daille’s fictional town and the wonderful people who reside there. … This second chance romance is certain to win the hearts of its readers.” Five blue ribbons from Romance Junkies.

This is an excerpt from a review about part one of my Sci-Fi/erotic novel Living for the Act (#1 out of #3):
The novel “Living For The Act”, is billed as a Spicy Romance/SciFi/Fantasy Romance/BDSM novel, it is all of these and more. While there are many BDSM practices throughout the novel, as a reader I would categorize it as an exploration into an alternate world within an alternate universe. The use of BDSM as one aspect of the Raskayen’s society, allowed this reviewer to wonder... “What the world would be like if the leaders of our world were women”, Living for the Act provides a glimpse into possibilities...
Living for the act presented an extensive look into the rebuilding, re- shaping and reconstruction of a society after a catastrophic war that ultimately include the use of bio-hazardous weapons. In the aftermath of the devastation, the remaining inhabitants, mostly females, rebelled against the old leaders, the male populous, and rebuilt their world ruled by a female contingency of leaders, Clans.
The author of “Living For The Act Part 1” has presented an elaborately depicted alternative society ruled by women which I found to be extremely compelling and enjoyable. I can’t wait to start Living For The Act Part 2.

I can't wait for the next one! Wyatt reminds me of my good friend Greg growing up and Amy is determined, strong and a great mom to Bobby. I want her to succeed so badly and couldn't stop reading to see what happens next. I need it in audio version so I can listen while I do all the house work I put off, so that I could read more. #ReadRomance #MustRead #KU #HolidayRomance #WesternRomance

Wow...what a tangled web we weave! Sophie has got it coming in all directions with the mystery of the testator.

These are the type of stories that I love...since it has a bit of everything in it. Not only do we get a bit of a love triangle but add some mystery and thriller to it. Now, that makes a perfect book by Ms. Blobel!

But let me remind you that this is nothing new since I find myself always wrapped up in this author's writing since she writes with emotion and feelings. Whether it be anger, happiness, sadness - you name it...Ms. Blobel gives us the whole package in her stories!

Sinner's Opera - Linda Nightingale

Poetic and, tasteful air of sensuality... unique take on the too familiar vampire novel...welcome change, adding uncharted territory to a popular genre in need of new ideas. Characters are brilliantly penned, every detail...painted like a beautiful picture...addictive, exciting and grips you from the very first page. Morgan and Isabeau...could be placed in the same category as some of the most famous couples in romance history - Romeo and his Juliet, Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy - and their romance plays out like one of Beethoven's famous love letters.
