Better Left Unsaid Wednesday!

Our Wednesday meme highlights those thought bubbles over our characters' heads. Do they say one thing and think another? Do they inwardly muse, ponder, laugh, fret, jeer, doubt, rage etc?

In comments, and in 300 words or less, give us a snippet from your novel that describes what your heroes, heroines, or bit players are thinking. If you are unable to post thoughts in italics, wrap their thoughts with *   * so they're easy to spot. Don't forget your buy link and website/blog link. Have fun!

Excerpt from Love at First Click, A Bellham Romance (Contemporary Romance Series). Available in eBook or paperback: http://www.amazon.com/Love-First-Click-Bellham-Romances-ebook/dp/B00GH1CWY8/

Now if things only went that smoothly when she confronted Hannah…

It wasn’t a conversation Heather looked forward to having. Hannah would always be her little sister, and Heather loved her. But she was so spitting mad at Hannah right now, she didn’t even want to see her.

And the possible after-math this mess might have on her and Amelia’s friendship made her uneasy.

Amelia hadn’t wanted her and Dakota to get together in the first place, but now that they’d broken up, Heather wasn’t one-hundred percent positive whose side Amelia would take. Blood is thicker than water, right? She and Amelia may act as close as sisters, but Dakota was actually Amelia’s blood relative.

*Oh, who am I kidding? Amelia will pat me on the back and immediately try to fix me up with another guy.*

In Amelia’s book, if you ain’t mated, you ain’t happy.

*Or, more specifically, if I ain’t mated, Amelia ain’t happy.*
