Hope I'm not cheating - this is two sentences about The Boss's Son:

I liked this book. It was a very sweet story, probably because I identified with Danny a lot. I made my decision to come out after reading this book.

It's a terrific 3-line review that's ok this time. Next time dazzle us with a single sentence. Even a bad review often has a single gem to take advantage of. It's like sweet revenge. :)

Dangerous Deceit by Romy Gemmell - British Regency with romance and intrigue.

'Their dialogue has real authenticity, they're all drawn with wit and economy and there's a constant awareness of body language and surreptitious glances which reveals exchanges other than those being spoken'.

Now What? author Charmaine Gordon Night Owl Reviews

This is a beautifully structured story about mid-life loss and dealing with the depression, sadness, and internal hollowness that often attacks in the wake of such tragedy; a novel written in a matter-of-fact, no nonsense manner that is immediately appealing, the reader is swept right along on the journey with her.

Explosive Conditions was definitely my favorite one so far.... I love military heroes, I love romantic suspense, and the heat between Zeke & Kaci was off the charts and DAMN, the scene on the boat with the two of them on the bar.....I needed a cold shower after that one!

JANE (I'm Still Single) JONES

"If you like the movie Sweet Home Alabama, you’ll love this story. It’s filled with southern charm. It’s sassy, sexy, and has clever dialogue galore. The secondary characters are a blast, and being from the south myself, the story and its cast had an authenticity that really rang true for me. If your thing is the reconnecting of old lovers—and mine is—then Jane is the perfect read. One of Ms. Reeves’ best." ~ C.Rich Reader Review

Iris Blobel said...

"I really enjoyed this book. The main characters popped off the pages right from the start and the author sprinkled a fun and quirky set of secondary characters throughout. I always like a male lead that knows what he wants and goes for it - and a female lead strong enough to know when she's wrong. Add in Australia and football and I'm hooked." (AmyMullen)
