Review clip for A Rancher of Her Own, book 2 in The Hitching Post Hotel series by Barbara White Daille:

"...Throw in a couple of little children, a rough, tough cowboy and a gorgeous woman and how can you miss? Pete's personal fear for his children is emotional and every woman's dream that the children always come first! A RANCHER OF HER OWN had me easily at page one and made it impossible to put the book down....

"Finding renewal in a partner and a reason to love again, always finds a place in my heart. I truly love the Hitching Post Hotel series and can't wait for the story of the third granddaughter!!"

This is from a recent review of The Trouble With Dying on the Princess Of The Light blog.

"I loved that this book was more than just a paranormal with dashes of romantic suspense thrown in. I got to discover bits and pieces of Faith’s life as she did through flashbacks and memories. The narrative was superb, the characterizations were deep and intense, the love Nate feels for Faith (or Pixie as he affectionately calls her) almost stopped my heart and the spiritual realm fired up my imagination.

"There were many twists and turns which I did and didn’t see coming. I rooted for her to end up with Nate the whole time and even swore at some of the villainous tendencies a character (won’t reveal who) had. I was hooked into this story and Maggie Le Page wouldn’t let go.

"Whether you believe in life-after-death or out-of-body experiences or not, this book is an addictive read! I highly recommend it!!!"

Three Made In Heaven (Made in Heaven #1) Elena Kincaid

5 Star review from Cocktails and Books (Manic Readers).

Clever, clever, clever! This book was…well, clever. I loved it.
In my pursuit of the unique, I stumbled upon “Three Made In Heaven”, and I am so glad. I got the perfect mix of the slightly paranormal with a sweet and extremely hot love story between three people who were made for each other.

Maddie, Cole, and Charlie meet in a dream when they’re children. They each live in different parts of the country, and they’re not even sure that the others are real. They continue to get together in dreams well into adulthood. While having these very nice dreams, Maddie is also having terrible nightmares. Cole actually witnesses one of them and realizes that, not only are Maddie and Charlie real, Maddie is in terrible danger. The real action takes off from there. Cole goes to Charlie first, and they make their way to Maddie (Ain’t Facebook great?). She can barely believe that they’re there with her. Their reunion is wonderful. I can’t even begin to describe how sexy it is when they get to Maddie’s place. **Fans self**

What follows is a delightful exploration of the love three people can have for each other. The men are the best of friends, and they both love Maddie more than life itself. I think that my ONLY complaint about “Three Made In Heaven” is that it’s not an MMF story, rather than MFM. If any relationship cries out for the men to love each other as well as their woman, it was this one. However, that’s just a teeny issue. Cole and Charlie are willing to give up everything for Maddie. Their homes, their jobs, even their lives. Elena Kincaid wrote a book with a plot that, while easy to follow, is well thought out, and the characters are just awesome. Their chemistry is sweet, romantic, and very hot. The background characters enhance the story and don’t overwhelm. EVerything just comes together perfectly.

Please read this one. I have to say that “Three Made In Heaven” is one of my favorite books of 2015.

Had to have it!
By Rapidreader on July 27, 2015

I found excerpts of this story on the authors website and just had to have it. It's a great story and I enjoyed this authors work very much. The characters come alive on the page and the story advances at a wonderful pace. In the beginning of the story I felt sorry for Flame, she was trying so hard and luck just wasn't on her side in any way shape or form.
When she meet Peyton they share a fabulously wild night together, but that is all it's meant to be until they are forced back together by a business deal that Peyton is working on. One involving Flame's dance school and the threat of having to close it down or relocate it.
This hardnosed business man finds he's developing a soft spot for Flame and works out a plan for both of them to get what they want. Only Flame doesn't know he's found a way for her to keep her school and overreacts, blaming him for her demise when she learns from her mom that her schools been torched. Naturally, her first thought is that Peyton is behind it. See review for more….

5 stars - Julie I liked, but Robert, loved that guy. He's thrown some insurmountable circumstances to overcome, but he manages a way around it all quite nicely. While he may be the 'bad boy', he still has a heart of gold. The author did a nice job expressing that while we may not all travel the same paths in life, we still are essentially the same people and deserve happiness alike.

This review, written by a reader I know only as "Bo," kind of nails my latest Indie called HUNTER'S POINT.

[The book is] a rough riding, deeply personal, violently nasty adventure, plus an exquisite love story for our time, if not for the ages.

Let's get something straight (oops!) from the start: Ms. Quinn has an almost completely unique ability to capture the ground, and eras, of all her books, whether in early 20th Century Ireland, Dark Ages Ireland and Britain, contemporary western United States or Scotland...

This plotline is wicked, filled with evil, engrossing, and redeeming all at once. But through it all, our tall and broad and handsome and hot and completely oversexed protagonists find new meaning in the meanings of life and love. They are a pair for the ages, and this book has the potential to spin off at least one, and possibly two, characters into a series of their own if Ms. Quinn wants to light another match. Poof!

Editorial Review Death of an Island Tart
manuscript review by Publishers Weekly, an independent organization*
Kadence MacBride, a self-described "forty-something African-American with junk in my trunk and a chest that women go under the knife for," is the best reason to read this jaunty, jolly, sexy mystery. Arriving at the beach apartment on an unnamed Caribbean island where her longtime friend and occasional lover Terrence lives, Kadence finds that Terrence's affections have been hijacked by an island bimbo named Sheila, who tells her that she and Terrence are to be married. Kadence works off the pain by going on a tour of some ancient caves where escaped slaves are said to have hidden a valuable stolen sea chest, then parties at one of the island's nightclubs-where she sees Sheila acting hot to trot with some other men. Recovering from her hard night's fun, Kadence makes plans to go home to New York, but the island is hit with political riots, and then Terrence announces that he's been charged with strangling Sheila. Good, dirty fun-and Kadence is a definite keeper.

A Long Trail Rolling
by
Lizzi Tremayne

Review By Anne M. Beggs on Amazon, April 20, 2015

This is a well researched western romance. Too bad the rich history of the pony express wasn’t taught with so much excitement, texture and political intrigue in school.

This came in for my book Living for the Act by Night Owl Reviews:

Reviewer Top Pick! "Keeping in the tone set by the previous two installments, part three of Living for the Act established and maintained an even flow to the story-line. By Building on the previous events that had transpired, it continued the trend of providing the reader a bird's eye view into the detailed lives of each of the main characters." Delenn

For A Baron for Becky from Reviews by Crystal

This is quite a story and a very enjoyable read. There are dramatic moments that left me holding my breath. Sweet moments that put that lovely awe feeling in my heart A few of those sweet moments that can only be seen through the eyes of the children in the story. Then there were emotional moments that had me dabbing my eyes. There are a few twist and turns that I was surprised and impressed with. Overall I would recommend A Baron for Becky to any historical romance fan.

I enjoyed Jude Knight's writing style. She has created characters that have charisma, charm, and depth. I really enjoyed meeting each of them. I know I would certainly enjoy reading more of her work in the future.

Crystal reviewed this as part of my blog tour, and more of the review, more about the book, and buy links are here: http://reviewsbycacb.blogspot.co.nz/2015/07/a-baron-for-becky-by-jude-knight.html
