Welcome Bluestocking Belles Regency Writers’ group!

We're pleased to host the Bluestocking Belles today and share news of their latest project ~ Mistletoe, Marriage, and Mayhem. The wonderful thing about this boxed set, aside from fantastic storytelling, is ALL proceeds benefit the Malala Fund. The Malala Fund's goal is to ensure all girls have access to at least twelve free and secure years of quality primary and secondary education. Hats off to you ladies for such generosity. May this project exceed everyone's dreams.
In this collection of novellas, the Bluestocking Belles bring you seven runaway Regency brides resisting and romancing their holiday heroes under the mistletoe. Whether scampering away or dashing toward their destinies, avoiding a rogue or chasing after a scoundrel, these ladies and their gentlemen leave miles of mayhem behind them on the slippery road to a happy-ever-after.

All She Wants for Christmas

by Amy Rose Bennett
When confirmed bluestocking, Tessa Penrose, is thoroughly compromised at a Yuletide ball by Jasper, the Earl of Arlington, she is none too pleased to have to marry him. But not only her reputation is at stake. Can Tessa trust this disreputable rogue with a secret she will do anything to hide? One thing is certain: she dare not trust her husband with her heart.

About the Author~
Amy Rose Bennett has always wanted to be a writer for as long as she can remember. An avid reader with a particular love for historical romance, it seemed only natural to write stories in her favorite genre. She has a passion for creating emotion-packed—and sometimes a little racy—stories set in the Georgian and Regency periods. Of course, her strong-willed heroines and rakish heroes always find their happily ever after. Amy is happily married to her own Alpha male hero, has two beautiful daughters, and a rather loopy Rhodesian Ridgeback. She is a Speech Pathologist, but is currently devoting her time to her one other true calling—writing romance.

The Ultimate Escape
by Susana Ellis
On the eve of her wedding, Julia realizes she cannot marry her fiancé after all, no matter that it’s been her dream for eight long years. Too distraught to face him, she follows in her mother’s footsteps and flees to the future for a brief reprieve. Oliver knows he has bungled things badly, but he is determined to win the woman he loves, even if he must travel through time to do it.

About the Author~
Susana has always had stories in her head waiting to come out, especially when she learned to read and her imagination began to soar. A former teacher, Susana lives in Toledo, Ohio in the summer and Florida in the winter. She is a member of the Central Florida Romance Writers and the Beau Monde chapters of RWA and Maumee Valley Romance Inc.

Under the Mistletoe
by Sherry Ewing
When Captain Sander Morledge asks Margaret Templeton to act as the hostess of his Christmas party (and eventually his household), she never expects to see the man who once held her heart. Viscount Frederick Beacham has never forgotten the young woman he fell in love with, and his feelings swirl like drifting snow at the sight of her. Can the joy of the celebration and a well-placed Christmas miracle melt their frozen hearts?

About the Author~
Sherry Ewing picked up her first historical romance when she was a teenager and has been hooked ever since. A bestselling author, she writes historical and time travel romances to awaken the soul one heart at a time.

‘Tis Her Season: A Royal Regard Prequel Novella
by Mariana Gabrielle
Charlotte Amberly would rather eat a lump of coal for Christmas dinner than marry the Marquess of Firthley, so when her parents cancel her London Season in favor of a rush to the altar, the feisty debutante takes husband-hunting into her own hands. Alexander Marloughe, reluctant heir to a marquessate, would rather not spend his holiday dashing through the snow after a flibbertigibbet just out of the schoolroom, but no woman before Charlotte has ever led him such a merry chase.

About the Author~
Mari Christie is not romantic--at all. Therefore, her alter-ego, Mariana Gabrielle, lives vicariously through characters who believe in their own happy-ever-afters. And believe they must, as Mariana cherishes her villains, but only loves her heroes and heroines, all of whom suffer hearts bruised, broken, and scarred long before they reach the pages of her books. She is a professional writer, editor, and designer with almost twenty-five years’ experience, and a member of the Bluestocking Belles, the Writing Wenches, and the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers. She has written two Regency romances, Royal Regard and La Déesse Noire: The Black Goddess, and will soon release three Royal Regard prequel novellas and a mainstream historical, Blind Tribute.

Gingerbread Bride
by Jude Knight
Traveling with her father's fleet has not prepared Mary Pritchard for London Society. When she strikes out on her own, she finds adventure, trouble, and her girlhood hero, riding once more to her rescue. Naval Lieutenant Rick Redepenning has been saving his admiral's intrepid daughter from danger since she was nine and he was fourteen. Today’s greatest danger is to his heart. How can he convince her to see him as a suitor, and not just a childhood friend?

About the Author~
Jude Knight has been telling stories all her life: making up serial tales to amuse her friends and children, imagining sequels to books that have moved her and left her wanting more, occasionally submitting short stories to magazines and the radio, starting more than a dozen novels set in different times and places. She has devoted most of the last forty years to a career in commercial writing and raising a large family. She wrote and published her first historical romance in 2014, and now has the wind in her sails and a head full of strong determined heroines, heroes with the sense to appreciate them, and villains you'll love to loathe.

A Dangerous Nativity
by Caroline Warfield
The Earl of Chadbourn he loves nothing better than to care for his fields, his flocks, and the people who earn their living from the land. Trapped by his brother-in-law’s death into responsibility for his traumatized nephew, grieving sister, and an estate gone to ruin, loneliness overwhelms him. The first-rate husbandry of a neighboring farm and the woman who runs it draw him like a moth to flame. With Christmas coming, can he repair the damaged estate and far more damaged family? Dare he hope for love in the bargain?

About the Author~
Caroline Warfield grew up in a peripatetic army family and had a varied career (largely centered on libraries and technology) before retiring to the urban wilds of Eastern Pennsylvania. She is ever a traveler and adventurer, enamored of owls, books, history, and beautiful gardens (but not the act of gardening). She is married to a prince among men.

Joy to the World
by Nicole Zoltack.
Eliza Berkeley, second daughter of a baron, thought snaring a duke was too good to be true. And she was right. With her wedding in ruins, and a stranger as her betrothed, she faces an uncertain future. When Stephen Huntington, Duke of Norfolk, arrives to catch the imposter who has proposed in his name, the man has flown. A betrothal to the abandoned bride may be his best chance at tracking the villain down. His challenge will be to keep his hunt secret and his heart untouched.

About the Author~
Nicole Zoltack loves to write romances. When she's not writing about gentlemen and their ladies, knights, or superheroes, she spends time with her growing family. She enjoys riding horses (pretending they're unicorns, of course!) and visiting the PA Renaissance Faire. She'll also read anything she can get her hands on.

What a fantastic contribution you are making to young women. The stories sound delightful, too, so I'll be heading to Amazon to get my own copy.
